After the race, celebrate with the Rotary Clubs' of Titusville Annual Chili Cook-Off. Your 5k race entry includes access to the Chili Fest as well as other goodies, so enjoy all events for one low fee. 
How do you close a road that people are trying to get home on and not allow them to leave from the only entrance there is?
A 5k was put on at a bridge where people are trying to leave the beach at the very end of the day and now it's blocking all sorts of traffic and everyone has to drive at least one hour out of their way in order to get back home.
